Camp Netimus, a residential summer camp for girls, located in the Pocono Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania, is home to 125 sleep-away campers and more than 65 staff members who come from across the United States and from countries around the world! Our summer camp for Girls was founded in 1930 and continues to provide an exciting and enriching summer camp experience for girls ages 7-16.

Campers can enjoy a variety of over 40 activities such as horseback riding, swimming, rock climbing, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, banana boating, mountain biking, tennis, photography, and crafts to name a few. At Camp Netimus, girls can expect to build confidence, share new experiences, learn about themselves and mold friendships that will last them a lifetime!

Girls return to our summer camp for girls in Pennsylvania year after year; many following the traditions of their mothers and grandmothers. Camp Netimus is indeed an extraordinary place. Camp Netimus for Girls has an established horseback riding program offering instruction in English hunt seat and dressage. Our goal is to encourage campers to become confident, knowledgeable horsewomen achieved through sound instruction. Our horses are carefully selected for their suitability for riders of all levels.
